OnWard International workshop based on an innovative Romanian personal development method.

The first six days of August brought to CADDRU a major success in launching the EquiliTRI method in Romania, an innovative approach to personal development. 12 European professionals from the fields of psychology, life coaching, youth work and human resources management had the chance to experiment with the newly invented real-life game called “Alternative Virtual Reality” and learned how to use new instruments for needs analysis, motivation and drive map, personal footprint and social change for themselves as well as for their patients and clients.

They also expressed the desire to actively participate in promoting and developing on an international level the EquiliTRI principles and to hold future trainings and training sessions.

This workshop was financed by the European Commission through Lifelong Learning Programme Grundtvig, with a budget of €12,900.
