Point

During the years, we have acquired a wide range of skills in business and project management. We consider that sharing our expertise can be beneficial for young entrepreneurs or organisations in need of development. We have managed Structural Funds, European Commission Grants, Council of Europe Grants, national business plan grants, Phare projects, several government projects, Compass, Balkan Trust, UNDP, UNICEF, British Council. We have started businesses and NGOs. This speaks for itself. We believe we can help you:

• Identifying the funds available for your idea
• Handling the application process (writing and preparing application documents)
• Supporting project implementation
• Training and seminars on project management, team setting and team building
• Providing up-to-date information about new funding opportunities, including the new programming period (2014–2020)
