    OnWard International workshop based on an innovative Romanian personal development method The first six days of August brought to CADDRU a major success in launching the EquiliTRI method in Romania, an innovative approach to personal development. 12 European professionals from the fields of psychology, life coaching, youth work and human resources management had the chance to experiment with the newly invented real-life game called “Alternative Virtual Reality” and learned how to use new instruments for needs analysis, motivation and drive map, personal footprint and social change for themselves as well as for their patients and clients. They also expressed the desire to actively participate in promoting and developing on an international level the EquiliTRI principles and to hold future trainings and training sessions. This workshop was financed by the European Commission through Lifelong Learning Programme Grundtvig, with a budget of €12,900.
    5 volunteers from 4 different countries (Turkey, Italy, Spain and Estonia) came to Romania to work as volunteers at CADDRU. They are here for two different projects: With All Colours: EVS Rainbow for the Turkish volunteers and Shining Youth for the others, all working for the International Award programme. International Award is an international self-development programme for young people that helps them develop skills, self-confidence, motivation and much more. “We teach the students of Lazar High School our talents and skills, languages, graphic design, dancing, photography, football, etc. We will mentor and motivate them to continue with the journey of self-development.”

    “The Learning Games” aims to provide 10 learners with simple and balanced personal development tools, based on AVR methodology, that they can use to enhance professional development and link education and career.
    DATE & PLACE: 15th – 20th of June 2014, Timișoara, ROMANIA (6 days, plus travel days). NOTE: travel dates are 14th and 21st of June.

    As our name says, our mission is the Sustainable Development of Human Resources. In other words, what we want is to invest in people, in their personal and socio-professional development. We work mainly with young people (aged 18–35) and, to a lesser extent, with other groups. We have developed more than 100 projects and training courses.
